My name is Sabrina Leonard residing in the Southeast part of Queens. I was raised in a humble African-American family. I am A 31-year-old Electrical Engineering student at The City College of New York. I graduated from Queensborough Community College with an associate s degree in liberal arts math and science. I am a hard-working first-generation African-American woman who has overcome tremendous challenges by focusing on my education.Once I’ve completed my bachelor’s degree, I plan to use my Professional Engineer license to ensure maximum flexibility as I explore the many ways to give back through consulting, as an educator, leading crucial public works projects, and aiding in government projects. My dreams andaspirations are to get my master’s in electrical engineering. The electrical engineering challenges that I would like to be a part of solve third-world problems and technology advancement.
